About DSI

With offices in both Ottawa and Calgary, DSI conducts a national Alternative Dispute Resolution practice encompassing mediation, negotiation and arbitration of labour and corporate/commercial disputes.

We provide consulting services and advice to institutions, business, governments
and employee organizations to assist parties with the resolution of their disputes in
the most amicable, efficient and cost effective manner possible.

In addition, we design and implement ADR systems tailored to the needs of specific
workplace circumstances and provide "tailor made" training programs and seminars designed to assist participants with their mediation, negotiation and interactive skills.

Finally, DSI also provides consulting services to assist parties with case management in large or difficult disputes and/or early case assessment
